Hey! BeLoud is a pan-Baltic youth community that encourages you to speak up about your ideas and intentions. We want to bring you face-to-face with others just as ambitious as you. We are a community of student-minded and startup-minded people: we embrace the mindset of dreaming big, failing fast if you have to, and starting again. We organize community events, curate opportunities, support ecosystem stakeholders with connecting to young people and have fun all together.

Please note that this is a Volunteer position (unpaid) with part-time involvement. We welcome both remote and onsite (Riga, Latvia) applicants. Ideally, you join us as a student or young graduate with proactive attitude and strong feelings about our mission, with an goal of expanding your project portfolio and learning how to work independently.

Your responsibilities

• Doing brand research and proposing new ideas for making BeLoud content relevant for our target audience
• Brainstorming and creating content for our LinkedIn and Instagram pages
• Creating BeLoud events materials and promotions
• Contributing to the creation of BeLoud newsletter
• We will give you lots of freedom in implementing your creative ideas!

How we see our perfect new teammate

• All things marketing inspire you and you would like to develop in the field professionally
• You keep your finger on the pulse of new developments in popular culture
• You have experience in content creation and social media management for yourself or a brand (photography / design / social media marketing etc)
• Self-driven and proactive attitude, willingness to learn how to run your own projects & pitch your ideas
• At least B2 level of written and spoken English
